About Telluride Alpine Wellness
The Best in Telluride.- Alpine Wellness Inc, is a non-profit medical marijuana center, located in the heart of beautiful downtown, Telluride, Colorado. Established on Septermber 15, 2009, our mission has always been to improve the quality of life for all people in the town and outlying regions.
- We accomplish this through development and implementation of programs designed to address current issues the citizenry are grappling with.
- Several programs are currently in place, such as the seniors, veterans and indigent care programs and our popular food donation program. As we grow and evolve, we will be developing relationships with other non-profits and implementing several other community-based programs.

- copy of mmr application and doctor certification form
- photo ID
